Nuovo Restaurant and bar

Nuovo features an à la carte menu with ingredients that are locally produced, responsibly sourced and seasonal. All meals are carefully prepared with passion by a dedicated team lead by our resident head chef Adrian Schreuder.

We grow our own herbs and lettuce to incorporate into our dishes. All other ingredients are responsibly sourced from suppliers within a 160km radius of the hotel.

  • Lunch: noon to 3pm
  • Dinner: 6.30pm to 10.30pm
  • Room service: 24 hours

Breakfast buffet

We serve breakfast from 4.30am to 10am. We offer a wide selection of fresh fruit, nuts, mueslis, breads, pastries, cold meats and juices, as well as a full English breakfast. Travellers from all over the world regularly commend our extensive breakfast spread.

Our breakfast times are as follows:

  • Continental breakfast: 4.30am to 6am
  • Full breakfast (hot and continental): 6am to 10am
  • Weekend full breakfast (hot and continental): 6am to 10.30am
  • Hot breakfast available on request between 4am and 6am

Bar

Our bar is open from noon to 1am daily. We offer quality cocktails, wines and craft beers from local brewers (on tap to reduce carbon footprint). We also filter, bottle and carbonate water on site, using reusable glass bottles.
